We draft, build & ship sites that hold their shape.

Gridform Studio designs and builds websites, brand systems and online shops for teams who want their site to actually work — not just look good in a screenshot.

Clients We’ve Worked with

What we do

Four services. No padding around the point.

Every engagement starts with the same question: what does this site need to do for your business, not just how should it look.

01

Web Design

Comprehensive website design and development services, encompassing everything from the initial sitemap creation to the final launch. Our approach is centered around a system.

02

Brand Systems

Establishing clear type, color, and component guidelines is essential for maintaining a cohesive look across all pages as the website expands. This ensures that everything syncs together.

03

E-Commerce

Creating product pages and shopping experiences that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive to navigate is crucial. Streamlining the process will enhance user satisfaction.

04

Care & Maintenance

Implementing a system for continuous updates, providing content support, and conducting regular performance evaluations are vital steps to ensure the website is efficient.

About the studio

A small team that prefers structure over spectacle.

We started Gridform after years of inheriting websites nobody could maintain. So we build everything around a system — one that a client's own team can still understand a year later.

our process

Every project is scoped, designed and reviewed in the open. You see the structure before you see the polish, so nothing feels like a surprise at handoff.

No black-box builds. No mystery plugins. Just a site you understand and can grow.

Word From the founder

“We turned down twice as many projects as we took last year — not because we were busy, but because they weren't the right fit. That's still working for us."

Jim Fahad

FOUNDER & CEO @ kuthidevs

Gridform stays small on purpose. Every project gets the same four people, start to finish — no handing you off to whoever's free that week.

How we work

One process, repeated on every project.

Four stages, in order, every time — so timelines stay predictable and nothing gets skipped.

DISCOVER

We start with the business, not the browser. Goals, audience and content come before any layout decision.

SELECTED work

A few projects we'd put our name on.

Each one started the same way: a sitemap, a system, and a build plan before a single pixel was placed.

behind the scene

A peek inside the studio.

Sketches, sticky notes and the occasional bad first draft — the parts that don't make it into the case studies.

Common questions

Things people usually ask first.

start project

How long does a typical build take?

Most full website builds take 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how many pages and how much content needs writing.

Yes — almost every site we build is on WordPress with Elementor, so your own team can keep editing it after we hand it off.

That's fine — smaller scopes go under Care & Maintenance rather than a full Web Design engagement.

Sometimes, if the scope is realistic. Tell us the date up front and we'll be honest about whether it fits.
